Hot stones 

Originating from the islands of Hawaii, volcanic Basalt Stones were wrapped in leaves and heated over hot fires and placed on the body to warm muscles to aid relaxation. Every stroke of a heated Basalt stone is equivalent to ten strokes with the hand! A massage with the stones warm  and relax the muscles aiding deep relaxation to the muscle fibres encouraging tension to release and relax creating one of the loveliest treatments ever.
